1、具有会计从业资格证书的专职人员3人以上；

2、代理记账业务负责人具有会计师以上专业技术职务资格；
3、有固定的办公场所；
4、有健全的代理记账业务规范和财务会计管理制度。
申请代理记账资格，应当向审批机关提交申请报告，并提交下列材料：
1、机构的协议或章程；
2、从业人员的身份证明、会计从业资格证书、记账业务负责人具有会计专业技术职务资格及以上资格的证明材料；
3、代理记账业务负责人和持有会计从业资格证书的专职从业人员在本机构从事专职工作的书面承诺；
4、办公地址、办公场所的产权或使用权证明；
5、代理记账业务规范和财务会计管理制度；
6、工商行政管理部门核准的与单位名称有关的材料。

3、Written commitment of the person in charge of bookkeeping agency business and full-time practitioners with accounting qualification certificate to engage in full-time work in the institution;
4、Proof of the property right or use right of the office address and office space;
5、Agency bookkeeping business norms and financial accounting management system;
6、Materials related to the name of the organization approved by the administrative department for Industry and commerce.
